Tæt på metro og Central Park - helt nye - 2 senge - 4 personer

appartement tres bien situe proche des commerces alimentations et autres, du metro, et de central park un peu bruyant le matin, mais la rue est en travaux. il faudrait juste un peu plus de vaiselle pour quatre .... pour le couchage, rien à dire j'ai rendu un appartement plus propre que je ne l'ai eu - mais rien d'alarmant je suis très maniaque MERCI ANA nous avons passé une semaine à new york excellente

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. It is nice and cosy. It is maybe a bit smaller than it may seem in the pictures, but there's enough room for a stay of a week or so. There's plenty of shops, restaurants etc. close by, and getting to the subway is less than a 5 minutes' walk. The construction going on in the building in the same street by will wake you up early (think around 7). For us it was no problem since we wanted to get up early anyway, but it'll be something to take into account if you want to sleep in. Expect the work to go on throughout 2013. All in all, if we were to go back to New York, we would stay here again.

Ana is a dear. She will do anything to help you out. The appartement is everything you wish for: clean, good looking and well situated. Also a fine neighbourhood with plenty of stores and so + not far from a subway.I for sure will go there on my next visit.

what you see is what you get: nice and cozy apartment. fully equipped and ready to make yourself at home. glenn and ana are lovely people and we had a good time with no issues at all.

Location und Appartment sind okay. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Auf dem Sofa kann nicht geschlafen werden. Sehr positiv war, dass Ana gleich reagiert hat und ein neues Luftbett organisiert hat, auf dem man wirklich gut schlafen konnte. Alles in allem o.k. wenn das App. sauberer gewesen wäre.

SPORCO, SPORCO Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento dal 30 novembre al 6 dicembre ed eravamo tre persone. La consegna delle chiavi è avvenuta vicino Times Square, molto scomodo, infatti siamo arrivati lì con la metropolitana e con i bagagli, mentre per andare all'appartamento abbiamo dovuto prendere il taxi costato $ 18. Al nostro arrivo l'appartamento si presentava sporco, molto sporco, c'era polvere dappertutto, le dimensioni sono quelle delle immagini. Il divano letto è molto scomodo anche con l'aggiunta del materasso aggiuntivo, duro e rumoroso . L'armadio non è praticabile poichè è pieno di varie cose quali asciugamani federe lenzuola ed altro che non abbiamo verificato. Morale tutti i nostri indumenti sono rimasti nelle valigie.Il bagno è piccolo, discretamente efficente ma come detto prima all'arrivo era sporco, l'abbiamo dovuto lavare appena arrivati!! La cucina è piccola ma non abbiamo mai usato il forno per paura, visto che non si accendeva, inoltre manca una manopola dei fornelli ed il micronde non ha mai funzionato, nonostante la nostra segnalazione non sono mai venuti a ripararlo. Le stovigli sono poche e sporche da lavare anch'esse prima dell'utilizzo. In generale tutto il materiale è buttato nei vari vani disordinatamente. La sorpresa finale: l'ultimo giorno non c'era l'acqua calda sanitaria, morale niente doccia!! nonostante la tempestiva segnalazione nessuno s'è visto. Inoltre dopo aver richiesto di poter lasciare i bagagli fino alle 5 del pomeriggio e dopo la risposta affermativa, Ana c'ha inviato una mail in cui ci diceva che avevamo lasciato i bagagli e non aveva potuto dare l'appartamento a nuovi inquilini....ci eravamo accordati due giorni prima....ma poi s'è rimangiato tutto. La posizione dell'appartamento non è centralissima, a piedi si può andare a Central Park per muoversi a tre isolati c'è la metropolitana. Purtroppo il posto è molto rumoroso infatti stanno costruendo un palazzo affianco, e si viene svegliati dai rumori del cantiere già di mattina presto, inoltre sulla 2nd Avenue ci sono i cantieri della metropolitana che lavorano anche di notte con annessi rumori. L'appartamento è ideale per due persone , scomodo per tre, impraticabile per quattro

Die Wohnung war sauber und die Einrichtung in gutem Zustand. Die Schlüsselübergabe zu Beginn verlief problemlos, ebenso der check out. Glenn und Ana sind sehr hilfsbereit und Fragen rund um unseren Aufenthalt wurden immer sofort beantwortet. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, was sehr praktisch war. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Key pick up in Times Square was totally unacceptable. I only got the address by text after I had left home. The bus (Ana's advised method of transport) took 2.5 hours from JFK.It then took another 20 minutes to walk to and find the address (we had not been informed it was a restaurant and the neon sign was non-existent) . The taxi to the apartment then cost an extra $25. The apartment was acceptable, but had a rather uncared for air about it. A knob was missing from the cooker, the cutlery and crockery were random pieces, the spare sheets for the sofa bed although clean were stained. The sofa bed itself was uncomfortable even with extra foam padding. The apartment was also dusty with black hairs still in the bath tub. We did however, enjoy our New York visit!

Glenn and Ana were very obliging hosts. Although the storm in New York brought us 2 days without electricity, Ana and Glenn did their best to cope with this situation. It was always possible to reach them via mobile or email. The apartment was exactly as described. It lies on Upper Eastside, with the metro you are able to reach the most important sights quickly. Internet was provided, you have the ability to cook and watch TV. Some parts of the apartment could have been cleaner, but this is the only critcism we have to remark. Altogether, everything was fine. Thank you very much for a wonderful time in NYC
