You'll have your own, free parking space right at the building (on demand). Living area with large window front (great view for small children too, because the windows extend down to the floor). There are 2 bedrooms (2 rooms with a double bed). A fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your meals. Bathroom (bath/WC) with large mirror and hairdryer. Free, fast WLAN. Every guest will receive a free pair of cosy, disposable slippers. Bath and hand towels, organic soap and washing up liquid, toilet paper.
Your apartment is located in the city centre in the ‘Mitte’ district. Alexanderplatz, the government quarter, the beautiful boulevard ‘Unter den Linden’ with the State Opera, the Brandenburg Gate, and the Museum Island are easy to reach from here. You will live close to many sights and attractions that Berlin offers.
The apartment is on the 6th floor.
The underground station U8 Heinrich-Heine-Strasse (direct connections to Alexanderplatz, Rosenthaler Platz, Kottbusser Tor) is located in the immediate vicinity of the building. You can walk to Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes and can still live in a quiet area.
It is easy to reach the apartment by car and your own, free parking space is right at the building. You can reach the following stations on foot within 2-5 minutes: U2 Märkisches Museum (direct connection to Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz). S Jannowitzbrücke (direct connection to Hauptbahnhof, Friedrichstrasse, Ostbahnhof, Hackescher Markt).
The apartment is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood. You can relax here in peace after a long outing to discover the capital city. Shopping (supermarket, baker, late-night shopping) is located just around the corner and is marked clearly on a map of the surroundings in the apartment.
More activities in the immediate vicinity: children’s playground; parking facility; restaurants; cafés; clubs (Tresor, Watergate, Berghain); bars.

Really enjoyed my visit here - shared apartment with a colleague as we were working on a project. As the rental was for almost a month I can say that there are many positive things about this 2-bedroom apartment. Clean, bright and basic with very functional kitchen (Ikea modern). Elevator is a bit odd (old DDR thing?) - it only stops on floors 1, 3 and 6 but that's minor unless you have disability issues. The location is excellent - very quick access to U-bahn station, Heinrich-Heine Str. Interesting and varied neighbourhood culturally, historically and economically (widely varied from one block to another) - walk north to Spree and walk along the river or walk south a few minutes to Oranienstrasse and it's funky, artistic and culturally-diverse street culture. Big tourist sites like Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate, East Side Gallery are also not far away (I recommend bike rental but not all rentals are equal - Alex-Rent-A-Bike has quality bikes - get the 8-spd City model). Several grocery stores nearby - Kaiser, just south of apartment is the best one in my opinion, as is a bank, Sparkasse, with ATMs. Great Homes staff, Sven and Mitshu, are really attentive and generous guys who will help you out with advice, etc. For a fun, more traditional German dinner, I'd recommend the atmospheric Max & Moritz (est. in early 1900s!) on Oranienstrasse - but it's very popular so you must make a reservation and pay cash - no cards.
Overall, a highly recommended rental! Would definitely come back.
Very nice people! The apartment was amazing, clean and comfortable.
Again, a most welcoming host, good communication all over and everything in perfect order. The flat was clean and spaceful, with a nice kitchen and bathroom. The localisation was ideal, close to Alexanderplatz and just across the U-bahn. There was a bakey just around the corner, a döner across the street (both recommendable) and just a short walk away we found a fantastic arabic restaurant! We certainly enjoyed our stay! Must fantastic for family with children as well, as the area was nice and quiet.

The appartment is very nicely furnished and very clean! We had everything we needed there, the location is also very convenient, in a quiet area and only one minute from U8 which takes you to Alexanderplatz (2 stations). Would definitely come again when planning a trip to Berlin!
One information: if you are travelling with lot of luggage, beware that the lift is not stopping on the 5th floor where the appartment is located, but on the 6th floor and you need to go down the staircase to the appartment. We, however, did not have any problem with this :-)
We appreciated the gentleness of Myra and the team. They were flexible to arrange our arrival and departure time.
Regarding the apartment itself, it was a lovely place, very large for 5 people. My teenagers enjoyed their independence in their own sleeping rooms.
We had a great time in Berlin. The appartment was bright and clean, everything you need was available. The beds were a little bit low but comfortable. Excellent communication before and the reception was warm and well cared.The location was very close to U-bahn and supermarkets. In short, a perfect appartment.
Apologies for not doing this sooner but the apartment is fantastic and we had a brilliant trip to Berlin. Very central, very modern. Two things I would mention are maybe brief instructions on using the cooker, symbols explained - I was confused between oven and grill and the other thing is some guidance on rubbish. When to put it out, which bins belonged to Block 3 and when we tried to recycle bottles/cans etc we found the bin was locked and we didn't have a key. we left them on top and someone must have put them in the bin. But this would be useful so tenants don't leave this for you at the end of their stay.

Es war sehr schön. Alles hat gespasst und war wie beschrieben. Vor allem die zentrale Lage mit der U-Bahn Station direkt vor der Tür ist ideal.
Wir waren mit sechs Personen in der Wohnung und waren sehr zufrieden. Zentrale Lage, U-Bahn vor der Tür, ideal für einen Berlin-Aufenthalt mit Familie. Kommen gerne wieder!
