although we didn't get this apartment, john was able to give us a different apartment which was equally as nice, it was near all the places we wanted to go to, it was only 10 min walk to the beach and everything was near by even a police station which is always good, john always answered my phone calls and replied to my texts whenever i needed anything, i would recommend you book with john :D

John is a great host, very friendly en helpful. John’s apartment is only one block away from the famous Ocean Drive, but quite enough for a good night’s rest. A parasol and fresh towels for the beach, a clean room and bathroom made our stay definitely worth it. Floris & Wendy

Staying at John’s was such a nice experience. The room is huge, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, the beach is 5 minutes walking distance and very safe at night too. John was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone wishing to enjoy South Beach.

Appartement bien situé, propre avec une grande chambre. John est très sympa et s'occupe bien de vous. Il vous conseille pour profiter au maximum de miami beach et ses alentours. N'hésitez pas !

When we arrived the apartment did not have toilet paper for example and when I tried to reach the owner he answered my calls 3 days later giving as an answer that toilet paper is just one dollar. Bad service. Pictures do not match the ones published in the web.
