Excelente apartamento, tal como lo muestran las fotos. Si bien no he conocido a Elisa, nos recibió Ana muy amablemente, por lo que recomiendo fuertemente este apartamento. Todo está impecable, las camas son muy buenas, la limpieza excelente. Volvería sin dudar! Sugiero a Elisa que todo sería perfecto si completa el equipamiento con una tostadora y una juguera!!! Gracias Elisa!

Senza dubbio io e i miei due amici siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi; l'appartamento è veramente molto carino ed accogliente, per noi che la usavamo quasi solo come "appoggio" era addirittura anche troppo; se si vuole proprio cercare il pelo nell'uovo......non si trova proprio al centro della movida madrilena e le metro che chiudono in un orario compreso tra le 22 e le 01 non facilitano troppo la vita notturna....ma direi che nel complesso non è niente di grave.

We stayed in Madrid for 3 days and we just loved the two bedroom appartment and our super friendly host. There's a supermarket, farmacy and a bakery all just around the corner of the appartment as is the metro station. The appartment is situated in one of the better neighborhoods of Madrid very near to the city center. I am recommending this appartment to everyone who is looking for a cool and spacious place to stay!

Die Lage des Appartements ist klasse, ebenso war der Kontakt un der Empfang nett und unkompliziert. Das Appartement ist soweit sauber, allerdings ist Frühstück kaum möglich ( kein Platz in der Küche, Mini-Tisch mit Klapphockern ). Schlaf ist erst ab frühmorgens möglich, da in den umliegenden Clubs Partystimmung bis in die Morgenstunden ! Ausserdem ist die Einrichtung teilsweise renovierungsbedürftig, die Duschfliesen mit Isolierband befestigt, zum Duschen muss man wegen engem Zugang über die Toilettenschüssel steigen! Alles in Allem war´s für die paar Tage in Ordnung, wenn man den ganzen Tag in der Stadt unterwegs ist, allerdings ist die Wohnung dann nur für zwei Personen geeignet !!!

Central beliggenhed. Lidt mørk og kølig lejlighed - men kæmpestor - faktisk 27 m lang. Kunne fint varmes op med elradiatorer, når man lige indstillede sig på, at der skulle varme på selv om der var over 20 grader udenfor. Gode senge, men hvis der skal bo 4 personer, så skal det være 2 par eller evt. Par med mindre børn. Vi var glade for som to venner, at vi havde hver sin seng. Smal af en dobbeltseng at være og med en stor dyne. Alt omkring overtagelse og instruktioner forløb fint.

OK. Very good location. Appartement very small. The host did not remember what was agreed about cleaning. A bit noisy from the street.

This is a really well-located apartment for a city break in Madrid. Convenient for the major galleries but also a wide choice of good restaurants and bars nearby.Apartment is spacious and quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Nice place in a great location, very central and easy to walk to plenty of the main sights. Internet was poor though.

Die Wohnung ist in sehr gute zentrale Lage und sehr gut alles zu Fuss erreichbar, die Metrostation ist gleich um die Ecke, die Wohnung war sauber und ist sehr originell, alles war gut ausgestattet. WiFi hatte bei den hinteren Zimmer nicht so guter empfang, Wie die vorgänger schon gesagt haben, die Wasserleitungen sind im Hause etwas lärmig (ein pfeiffen wenn jemand das Wasser zu dreht) aber im allgemeinen sehr zufrieden.

Apartment very nice and well equipped, the building is quiet but the street is a bit noisy at night with the distance of several bars. impeccable hospitality. I recommend this apartment, I will return
