Charming studio in the 16th arrondissement of Paris on the 6th floor with lift.
This studio is ideally situated in the heart of Paris, in a pleasant and quiet area 200m from the Arc de Triomphe and the legendary Champs Elysees. You are so close to the famous places in Paris, within a very elegant and stylish quartier that offers you lots of places to shop, to just go walking as well as opportunities for you to enjoy the nightlife!

Close to the metro Argentina, it gives you quick access to all the famous Parisian monuments (Eiffel Tower, Place du Trocadero, Notre Dame, Sacred Heart ...) 


The property of 11m ² has recently been fully renovated and is very bright whilst overlooking a quiet courtyard that can accommodate 2 people.

It is fully equipped with a kitchenette (hob, sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans), all the necessary multimedia equipment a shower and a toilet outside.

All our properties are in an impeccable state in terms of tidiness and cleanliness!

Great location but... The stated real bed was a fold up one that took 20 minutes to work out who to unfold. Clean linen but no bed pillows provided. AND NO TOILET IN THE APARTMENT, ( which was not mentioned in the Property Info) ONLY A VERY UNCLEANED TOILET- MINUS ANY TOILET PAPER -shared with all the 7th floor tenants. The apartment was very basic- only having had a minor Ikea renovation. I expected a small studio but this was tiny- had to put the table onto bed to access our luggage. The enterance hall was grubby and a little scarey at night. Was perhaps an insight into how many Parisians live but would not recommend it. Sorry!

Perfect apartament, I can recomend everybody who want spend time in Paris. the bigest plus for location! I spend here great time ;)

Polecam mieszkanie! W ścisłym centrum niedaleko Łuku Triumfalnego w luksusowej dzielnicy. Bardzo spokojne i ciche, idealne na przenocowanie. Nie było żadnych problemów z kontaktem jak i z trafieniem na miejsce. W środku telewizor, mikrofalówka, piec, lodówka, łazienka ale bez WC (te są na korytarzu). POLECAM!

En general, la experiencia fue buena. Llegamos con -5ºC en Paris, y la calefacción no estaba encendida. Al abrir el radiador, perdió agua y no se podía dejar abierto, pero llamando a Clotilde, tuvimos un radiador eléctrico en 1h. La descripción dice que el baño está fuera, pero seria una buena idea poner una foto del dicho baño, que se comparte con unos 8 pisos y que está bastante sucio. Se entra en el edificio por una puerta de servicio, y luego, hay que subir al 7º con un pequeño ascensor de servicio donde apenas caben 2 personas. Los pasillos hacia el apartamento están bastante sucios, pero el piso en si está bien. Ese piso está muy bien ubicado, al la do de la parada de metro, y en un barrio muy agradable. No he visto ningún acceso Internet.

Il y a deux points négatifs : les toilettes (pas très propres) qui sont en dehors de l'appartement, et l'ascenseur en panne. Sinon Le logement est très bien situé dans Paris, et est suffisant en terme de place quand on n'y est que peu.

Me ha encantado el apartahotel, muy acogedor y esta en muy buena zona muy céntrico al lado de los monumentos mas importantes de Paris.

Quelques petits soucis dans la chambre pour la douche et au niveau des toilettes. Véritable "chambre de bonne". Très bon emplacement proche de l'arc de triomphe et au calme. Attention pour les non sportifs : 7ème étage si l'ascenseur ne fonctionne pas (en travaux pendant 9 semaines à compter du 24 octobre) !
