The apartment is a cozy ethnic style vacation rental situated in Via delle Calasanziane, a quiet street on the corner with Via Mattia Battistini.
It’s nicely equipped with wooden furniture and wood-block floor . It consists of a living room with a comfortable double loft bed and a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a nice bathroom, and a small balcony overlooking a pleasant view.
It is located in a good position: in a quiet street, away from the hustle and bustle, but just a mile from the metro station line A "Battistini", which in just 15 minutes reaches the center of Rome, and its most important tourist attractions such as San Pietro, Piazza del Popolo, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc..
The Olympic Stadium, the Ergife Palace Hotel Convention Cener, Villa Pamphili, and Fiumicino airport are within a few minutes by car.
Coconut House offers to its guests a free private parking space.

Please contact us a couple of days in advance for your arrival time.
Check-out before 11.00 AM. If your schedule is different than the above time, please advise us. At the check-in we will ask € 100,00 as a security deposit and we will give it back at the check-out. Tourist tax of Rome of 2 € per person per day is not included on the rate. Payments must be done at the check-in, in cash.
