Situated in a wonderful Viennese "fin de siècle" building on the fourth floor with an elevator, this brand new apartment, which is 50 square-meters big, is completely overlooking into the sunny inner courtyard of the building, therefore it is absolutely quiet, despite being in the middle of Vienna's vibrant city centre.
The apartment consists of a beautifully decorated living room with a foldable couch, which is 140cm wide and therefore ideally fits two person to sleep.
The dining table for 4 people, is inviting to have a great meal and enjoy state of the art TV, on a Samsung LED-TV, if you would like to spend a cosy night at home relaxing, rather than discovering the city.
The state of the art kitchen with Siemens appliances will give you the possibility to try out your cooking skills and maybe prepare some traditional Austrian dishes.
The sleeping room, which is also absolutely quiet, has a queen size bed, which is 160cm wide. A very cosy reader's chair is inviting to spend some hours with your favourite book.
A washing machine is provided in the bathroom.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi is provided, as well as digital TV in the living room with more than 100 international channels, inviting you for a cosy evening with self-cooked meals, should you want to take a timeout from the sightseeing & restaurants.
All necessary towels and bed linens are always provided fresh and clean!
Excellent public transport connection: Station Karlsplatz with underground U1, U2, U4 is 3min walk away.
In front of the house: Tram 1,2,62,D, Bus: 3A, 59A,
Grocery shops and restaurants all around the apartment - have a look at the guidebook.
Please note that there is currently a scaffold in the inner courtyard. There are no construction works going on whatsoever and no construction workers in the building. All works have been finished in summer 2013 and the scaffold has to be removed in the first quarter of 2014.If you have any questions relating to this, you can message me of course any time.
As you can see from the details, I am flexible with the check-in and check-out times. We will set an appointment for your check-in and check-out up in front. Me or my very good friend, or the cleaning lady will meet you at the apartment, give you the keys and explain everything you have to know about the apartment and the area.
When you book, you will get my contact details including my mobile number and my email, on which you will be able to reach me anytime.
Please keep in mind that we are charging a late check in fee of 10€ from 9pm/21:00 and 30€ from 0am/ 24:00 as it is stated in our description.
Also you have the possibility to rent a baby cot and/or baby feeding chair. Price upon request.

Husregler!!! CITY TAX !!!
Please be informed that the regulations for the city charges in Vienna have changed and therefore we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from the 1st of May 2016 from our guests.
We will need to charge 2,4584% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee.
Unfortunately the tax cannot be collected directly over Wimdu and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount accurate to the cent.
You will certainly receive a receipt fort the city tax at the check-in.
We know that this whole procedure is a bit inconvenient, however we are required by law to proceed this way.

Please respect, that smoking is absolutely forbidden in the apartment. Please also respect the night's rest and therefore not have loud music or gatherings from 10pm - 8am. The neighbours are very strickt and picky on that, so please keep that in mind. :-)
Also, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
If you stay longer than one week, the cleaning lady has to come once a week.
Please do not walk with your street shoes inside the apartment.
