Luxury double bedroom with own private en-suite bathroom for rent in private home. With sole use of the sitting and dinning area, and shared kitchen.

Room 2 measures 16 m2 including the en-suite shower room.
The sitting area/study measures 27 m2.
The dinning area/kitchen measures 22 m2.

This apartment is different to anything you have seen before. In the living room there is a mezzanine and there is lost of space. It is very stylish and all our guests have had a great stay here. It is an apartment with personality, and it is just like you can see in the pictures. You can surf on the Internet from every spot of the house, as there is WiFi.

The apartment is located in the heart of one of the Old City's most appreciated neighborhoods. Born has the typical architecture and charm of downtown Barcelona. Many artists have moved into this area and now there are many designer boutiques, artisans, and artists' studios emphasizing its originality, avant-garde, and festive spirit. It is also a perfect area to enjoy a meal in any of the small charming restaurants you can find.

You will enjoy being located just minutes from the stunning Church of Santa Maria del Mar, the Ciutadela Park, the famous Las Ramblas, the beaches of Barceloneta, and the Picasso Museum.

Esperienza molto positiva e sicuramente da rifare. L'appartamento è molto bello, in una zona centralissima di Barcellona e a pochissimi passi dalla metropolitana. La stanza è stupenda e molto grande con un bel bagno e soprattutto molto pulita. La cucina è in comune ma è dotata di tutti i confort possibili e soprattutto il proprietario mette a disposizione degli ospiti alcuni alimenti base per chi desidera mangiare in appartamento (tè, zucchero, sale, spezie....). Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e soprattutto disponibile. Ci ha consigliato dei posti carini dove mangiare anche se è difficile sbagliare in una città come Barcellona che offre tantissimi tipi di cucina diversi. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Barcellona tornerò da Kaveh nel suo bellissimo appartamento.

This was the best place we could have found for our one week stay in Barcelona. A really lovely and comfortable place, we enjoyed it so much! Even 6 stars ;-) for Kaveh's appartment!!

Ich war im Februar und im Monat März bei Kaveh und habe ihn als einen sehr zu vorkommenden und aufmeksamen Gastgeber erlebt. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem interessanten Stadtteil, nahe der Metro. Wenn ich wieder nach Barcelona gehe ist für mich klar, dass ich wieder zu Kaveh gehen werde.

c’était un plaisirs également de passer ce ( trop court ) séjour chez Kaveh appartement très central dans Barcelone , meublé avec gout et accueil chaleureux a bientôt Kaveh ??

He estado varias veces en Barcelona , pero este ha sido el mejor lugar en el que me he hospedado , no solamente Kaveh es una persona super atenta y agradable ; realmente el lugar es increible , limpio agradable con muy buen gusto en pocas palabras puedo decir que es "Magico " , esta situado en el mejor lugar para ir a caminar , a visitar o simplemente de compras . El sitio es simplemente Perfecto .

Excellent séjour!!! La chambre est vraiment très bien : spacieuse, elle comprend salle de bain et dressing privé. Sa situation est top (à 2 minutes du centre ville, du port), vous pouvez tout faire à pieds. Kaveh est très sympathique, il nous a accueilli à 10h du soir à notre arrivée et nous a conseillé tout un tas d'endroits sympa pour sortir... Il est super arrigeant et vraiment gentil... Je recommande vraiment cet endroit.

Just came back from a midweek at Kaveh's apartment. All the positive reviews that we read on this site prior to our arrival turned out to be true. Kaveh is a wonderful host and so is his Mom. The apartment is renovated and decorated with great taste, it's clean and the location is fantastic; practically everything is within walking distance or (if you are short of time) just take the metro. The nearest metro station is within a 30 second walk. The Born district is quite characteristic with lots of restaurants and nice little boutiques. Kaveh actually has two rooms for rent with a shared living room (for guests) and kitchen. The fact that there is no breakfast service is no problem, especially when you consider that there is a nice little bakery just around the corner (a minute walk). In our room we heard no street noises which you would normally expect in the middle of the city. Only the AC. Privacy is well kept. The apartment is on the second floor of an old Barcelona apartment building without a lift. We found this to be no problem. His suggestion to visit Palau de la Musica was absolutely brilliant - and for those people who like an internet connection, he offers free wifi. All in all - staying with Kaveh is highly recommendable and a true pleasure.

Perfect accommodation: The appartment itself is really nice and it's in the very center of the city right at the metro station Jaume. Since the place is located in a side street, it's not noisy. The host was always very nice and helpful; also really relaxed so we felt very comfortable during our stay. When I go back to Barcelona, I'd definitely book this accommodation again. Very recommendable.

Very nice place. I highly recommend it. Kaveh's mother was waiting for me till I arrived from the airport and showed me everything around. Room was perfectly clean and the apartment is very nicely furnished. Better than 5 star!
